APPOINTMENTS Winter Hill Veterinary Clinic is still offering exams on a limited basis for sick and injured patients. COVID-19 has changed the way we perform our in-clinic exams. We have a new protocol in place to keep everyone safe during this time. If you think your pet needs to be seen please email us at winterhillveterinaryclinic@gmail.com to schedule an appointment. 


Appointment Protocol

  • Take a minute to think. If you or a family member is sick, or if anyone you’ve been in contact with is sick with anything that might be contagious; email us and we will help your pet in a way that keeps us all safe.  We have a very small staff and appreciate your help in trying to keep us healthy and able to stay open!

  • Go to www.winterhillvet.com and fill out an “Exam/History Form” located in the top menu bar. Click submit. 

  • Arrive on time for your appointment and wait in your car, wear a mask if possible (you can idle in front of our driveway.)

  • A technician in personal protective equipment will come to your car to take your pet inside for their visit.

  • If you can find a parking spot we encourage you to do so, please stay close by and phone available for your pet’s entire visit.

  • We will call you with our exam findings and to make a plan for treatment.

  • Once all treatments are completed, medication is filled etc, we will call to review and take credit card payment over the phone. (No AMEX and no cash/checks at this time.)

  • A technician in personal protective equipment will bring your pet and your supplies out to your car.

SURGERY Dr. Neenan is still able to see your pets for surgical and dental procedures. Due to COVID-19 we have a new protocol in place in order to keep everyone safe during this time.

 

FOR DROP OFF:

  • Take a minute to think. If you or a family member is sick, or if anyone you’ve been in contact with is sick with anything that might be contagious; email us and we will help your pet in a way that keeps us all safe.  We have a very small staff and appreciate your help in trying to keep us healthy and able to stay open!

  • Go to www.winterhillvet.com and fill out an “Exam/History Form” located in the top menu bar. Click submit. 

  • We will also email you a consent form for you to review prior to your arrival. You must choose 1,2 or 3, as well as A or B.

  • Arrive on time for your pet’s admission and wait in your car, wear a mask if possible (you can idle in front of our driveway.)

  • A technician in personal protective equipment will come to your car to get a verbal consent for your choices on the consent form, and to take your pet inside for their procedure.

  • After your pet’s exam or after your pet’s procedure (depending on your consent form choices and our findings) we will call you with an update and schedule a discharge time.

FOR PICK UP:

  • Please arrive on time for your pet’s discharge and wait in your car.

  • We will call you to go over the discharge instructions, answer any questions, and take credit card payment over the phone. (No AMEX and no cash/checks at this time.)

  • A technician in personal protective equipment will bring your pet and your supplies out to your car.
